Our ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, ideally with experience in or understanding of the industrial and/or construction sector. But most important will be your proven sales experience - the time you've spent successfully knocking on doors, picking up the phone or stepping out onto sites to drum up business.
You will be the kind of person that identifies opportunities, solves problems and does it with a smile.You'll be quick on your feet, you'll love working with people and you will be eternally enthusiastic about providing incredible service to our clients. The job will involve dealing with all types of people, so you'll have great communication skills.
The office can get pretty frantic, so you'll need to be organised and able to handle and prioritise competing demands effectively.
Ideally you will also have an understanding of the temporary recruitment sector or have experience working in or with a recruitment agency, but this is not essential - as long as you're a quick and willing learner!
