We have a new opportunity for a motivated and energetic Consultant to join our Auckland branch. This is a fulfilling role that is not for the faint hearted or for those wanting your usual 9-5. We work hard as a team and play hard as a team.
As a Consultant, you will enjoy the challenge of running a hot 360-degree desk in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for servicing our existing clients, mainly manufacturing environments; along with new business development to keep your income stream turning over, advertising, screening, interviewing, placement and post placement follow up of your candidates.
We’re looking for someone who can :
If you are ambitious; happy to get stuck in when the pressure is on, we are interested in hearing from you. Ideally, you will bring relevant experience in recruitment, sales or construction to the table; however, this is a position where you can own the space; own the process; be hungry for success and you will achieve great things in the business.
