Extrastaff is an established and successful Labour Hire business. We are looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to manage clients across New Zealand.

The Role:

We are looking for an exceptional person to take the lead on our accounts and further grow our market share.

Due to the continued growth within the Extrastaff business we have an opening for a Senior Recruitment Consultant. This is a rare opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to make the next move in advancing their career

Whilst you will be primarily based in our Christchurch and Auckland offices you will be required to travel throughout the rest of the country to to meet with staff and clients.

About you:

You will have

  • a minimum of 4 years Recruitment Consultant Experience
  • demonstrated success in establishing client relationships and recruiting within the construction industry, placing large volumes of Labour Hire Workers
  • strong stakeholder skills with the ability to influence at a senior level.
  • passionate, self-motivated and results driven who is able to work in a high volume and fast paced working environment.
  • demonstrated the ability to lead a team of Recruitment Consultants
