An exciting opportunity has become available for a Production Supervisor to run a team of 10 on the night shift.
Responsibilities:
- Daily vision of the production team ensuing jobs are completed on time and at a high level.
- Manage and monitor labour efficiencies
- Working closely with the operations team to review all production processes.
- Lead by example, drive employees to meet targets
- Create a culture within the team of support and actively promote the company values
- Conduct regular tool box talks and health and safety meetings
- Ensure all health and safety practices are maintained at all times
- Daily checks of all equipment and safety wear
- Work with the maintenance engineer to plan and manage preventive maintenance
Hours: 1300hrs - 2200hrs - Monday - Friday
