Extrastaff have some great opportunities within aged care facilities, working within the Auckland region in some renowned villages, rest homes and private hospitals.

Casual nursing allows you the freedom to choose your own hours, days and locations that work with your current lifestyle. This gives you flexibility to create a work life balance, whilst allowing for clinical variety and development by working in a range of aged care facilities.

Skills & Experience

• At least 12-months NZ Nursing Experience or 6-months NZ experience post CAP course completion
• Current Annual Practicing Certificate (APC) with the NZ Nursing Council
• Experience working in aged care in New Zealand is preferred
• Full driving licence, with private vehicle
• Eligibility to work in NZ, minimum Valid NZ work VISA is required
• You will also have: a helpful, team player attitude and a caring, respectful manner which is important in our aged care environment.
