About the role

It’s coming to that time of year where our gardens are in need of a lot of attention and need plenty of work done to them.

We are on the lookout for experienced gardeners to join our casual bureau team, to work across some large residential facilities around the Auckland region.

This exciting opportunity gives you the flexibility to work on a casual basis, so you can pick and choose when you’d like to work.

Currently we have day to day casual work and full-time temporary work across several facilities around the Auckland region. Most of the tools will be provided on a site by site basis.

Skills and experience required

• Previous experience in a Gardener/Landscaper role
• Knowledge of general gardening and operating garden machinery (lawn mower, weed eater)
• Strong problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
• Outstanding communication skills
• Horticultural qualifications preferred

You will appreciate how important this position is in delivering an outstanding service to our residential services, so you will have empathy for the older person to also ensure that the job is done to the highest standards.
