We have had an internal promotion that has resulted in a new oppourtunity for a recruitment consutlant to join our team in our Christchurch branch. Our pipeline of work in the south island is stable, and we need recruitment consultant to drive and nurture our client base and pregional rojects while creating new business opportunities.

You will have:

  • At least 2 years Recruitment/HR experience
  • Proven Business Development Skills
  • Ability to negotiate
  • Able to create and work with RFP/Proposal/PSA
  • Proven ability to hit sales/targets
