Our client is looking for a part time executive assistant to provide support for the Director of a large NZ owned company
Role:
- Email and diary management
- Updating and maintaining spreadsheets
- Meeting preparations
- Handling of confidential matters
- Oversea and manage private property
- Day to day tasks and errands
The ideal candidate:
- Exceptional organisational skills
- Proven record of success at a senior executive level
- 5+ years experience required
- Professionalism
- Excellent written and verbal communicational skills
- A sense of urgency
- Good level of understanding of excel and word
- Ability to multi task
- Understand some aspect of employment/HR functions
- Class 1 license
This role would require someone who is able to commit to at least 2-3 days a week.
