Our client is looking for a part time executive assistant to provide support for the Director of a large NZ owned company

Role:

  • Email and diary management
  • Updating and maintaining spreadsheets
  • Meeting preparations
  • Handling of confidential matters
  • Oversea and manage private property
  • Day to day tasks and errands

The ideal candidate:

  • Exceptional organisational skills
  • Proven record of success at a senior executive level
  • 5+ years experience required
  • Professionalism
  • Excellent written and verbal communicational skills
  • A sense of urgency
  • Good level of understanding of excel and word
  • Ability to multi task
  • Understand some aspect of employment/HR functions
  • Class 1 license

This role would require someone who is able to commit to at least 2-3 days a week.
