One of New-Zealand's largest leading organizations are expanding rapidly and looking for an experienced and driven Project Manager to lead multiple exciting commercial projects.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the full cycle of various exciting high-rise projects
- Ensure projects financials and timelines are met
- Reviewing project specifications and plans
- Create/ manage program and schedules
- Make sure health and safety standards are adhered to
- Building and maintaining healthy working relationships with key stakeholder
Minimum Requirements
- 3-5 years experience
- Vertical (Commercial) experience required
- Right to work in NZ
