A leader within the Civil Industry is looking for an experienced Civil Foreman to join their team and grow their career.
As the Civil Foreman you will supervise projects ensuring work is carried out to specifications and industry best practice. You will lead the team to produce high quality work, safely and efficiently
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Be responsible and held accountable for the onsite delivery of our projects.
- Be responsible and held accountable for the onsite health and safety of all personal on the work site.
- Ensure a high quality of workmanship is maintained.
- Liaise with clients and work through solutions to a problem.
- Enjoy in the success of projects that are completed by you and the team.
- Willing to get on the tools when required
Minimum Requirements:
- 2-5 years Civil Foreman experience
- Must be willing to work with the team to get the project done - jump on the tools when need to
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test
- Full clean drivers license required
