The role:

This role has becoming available due to the high volume of projects our client has active at the moment. The Business is rapidly growing and they are now looking for a fulltime Site Forman / Manager to join ASAP. Your duties will include, supervising teams on a variety of projects including commercial, industrial, retail and fit out. There will be times when you will be required to jump on the tools. Your ability to lead and mentor teams will be critical to the success of the projects.

Must have:
 

• Trade qualifications
• LBP registered
• Minimum of 2 years in a experience in a similar role
• Excellent people management skills
• Fantastic communication skills, both written and verbal
• A strong understanding and commitment to outstanding health and safety
