Our client based in the super handy location of Wairau Valley is looking to hand over the reins of Accounts Payable/Receivable to our next superstar.
This is potentially a part time role of 37.5 hours per week and you will need to be able to jump into this role with both feet; a big smile and great attitude.
A proven work history of the below will need to be reflected in your CV as well as providing us with at least one contactable reference.
Administration
· Processing of weekly timesheets to payroll.
· Other general finance admin as required
Accounts Receivable
· Generate and distribute month end invoices
· Maintain all invoice and claim records.
· Follow up with outstanding debtors as required.
· Processing of invoices in Xero
· Co-ordinate new client establishment credit
· Process cash sale payments
Accounts Payable
· Follow up on outstanding invoice payments.
· Vendor maintenance, update bank accounts, GL codes etc.
General
· Other general duties as requested by management.
