Our ideal candidate will have a proven successful background in recruitment, ideally with experience in or an understanding of the industrial and / or construction sector. Most important will be your proven sales experience - the time you have spent successfully knocking on doors, picking up the phone or stepping out onto sites to drum up business.
You will be the kind of person that identifies opportunities, solves problems and does it with a smile. You will be a quick learner who loves working with people and you will be eternally enthusiastic about providing incredible service to our clients. The job will involve dealing with all types of people, so you will have great communication skills.
This is a fast paced role so you will need to be organised and able to handle and prioritise competing demands effectively.
