About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Exterior Plasterer to join our team on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to excel in the trades and manufacturing industry, specifically in Painting and Plastering.
Key Responsibilities:
- Apply exterior plaster, stucco, or other finishes to buildings and structures
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and repairing substrates
- Mix and apply plaster, stucco, or rendering in accordance with specifications
- Ensure high-quality and precise finishes on all projects
- Carry out repairs to existing plaster and paint work
- Collaborate with team members and clients to ensure project goals are met in a timely manner

Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Proven experience as an exterior plasterer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of plastering materials, techniques, and tools; in particular we are looking for someone comfortable with using modified plaster
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Effective communication and team collaboration skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- A proactive attitude and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
