Key Responsibilities:
- Installation of various types of flooring materials including hardwood, vinyl, carpet, and tiles.
- Assessing and preparing floor surfaces before installation.
- Communicating with clients to understand their flooring needs and preferences.
- Ensuring timely completion of projects with adherence to quality standards.
- Maintaining tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Providing exceptional customer service and post-installation support.
Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Proven experience in flooring installation and craftsmanship.
- Strong attention to detail and precision.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
